The Financial Side of Running an Online Coaching Business with Mark Butler
Mark Butler is the founder of the accounting startup Let’s Do the Books, as well as the bookkeeper, CFO and confidante to top online entrepreneurs like Brooke Castillo.
Looking at Mark now, you’d never expect that he previously founded three online businesses that brought in close to $2 million in total revenue… and always felt broke. He didn’t have a clue how to manage money, so he cycled through feast and famine. He went in and out of debt, before he finally sold his businesses in 2013.
Mark devoted the next year to learning financial management. This was to get himself out of debt and to make sure his next company would thrive. He learned a budgeting system that completely transformed his personal finances. Then Mark adapted this system to work for small businesses and started Let’s Do The Books.
Inside this episode of the Coaches Corner Podcast, Mark Butler is here to help you end the money shame and make a plan for you to achieve the financial year of your dreams!
